At the age of 28 Adam has been in Real Estate for 6 years and has hit the floor running.  He began his Real Estate career on a team, this enabled him to learn the in and outs of Real Estate from a mentoring standpoint. 

Before Real Estate Adam attended college for Landscape Architecture, which has given him a unique view into the home selling process.  Adam grew up in a small town with his family that consists of his Dad, Mom and Sister.  He has gained sales experience over the years by watching both of his parents who have been extremely successful in their industries.  In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active by playing hockey all year. 

Adam quickly climbed the ladder and has earned the prestigious CHAIRMANS CLUB with REMAX, representing one of the highest levels inside the RE/MAX organization.  Adam soon realized that a team of his own was what he wanted.  Soon after that he brought on Kirsten Wagner and she has been a great addition to the team, taking special care of every single buyer. 

Kirsten, at age 27 has come to discover through past experiences that Real Estate is truly her passion. Her introduction to real estate came as she worked with a very busy team as the full time office manager, all the while keeping her attention focused on learning the ropes of negotiation, organization, and what a successful realtor needs to know. The fast paced nature of the business paired with the need for a high level of customer satisfaction are the main attractions for her.  

Prior to discovering that Real Estate was her passion she attended college for Computer Science, which has given her a vast technology background that goes hand in hand with this industry. Kirsten gained her customer service experience when she worked customer driven retail position throughout high school.

Kirsten believes the future in Real Estate is very bright that is why she chooses to work with the industry leader - Remax and The Adam Dirksen Real Estate Team.

After years in the customer service field Cydney has brought many skills to her new path in Real Estate. In dealing with a variety of people over the last years, she has developed expertise in dealing with specific needs and wants. She is dedicated to helping and assisting you find the perfect home.

When Cydney’s not showing clients homes or working at open houses, she spends the majority of her time with friends and family. She also loves running and being outdoors.
